New & Pre-Owned Sales Department

Updated Hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm
Saturday: 9am – 5pm    Sunday-Closed

  • Sales will be appointment only.
    You may book an appointment by calling 519-685-5497 or email salessupport@londonnissan.ca
  • All clients must enter through main Nissan showroom doors and sanitize upon arrival
  • Contact information and screening questions must be completed using the following link. If you need assistance completing, our Receptionist will be happy to assist.
  • Appointment and deliveries will be limited to 2 customers per sales rep per day
  • Showroom and desks have been arranged to maintain 2m(6ft) distance
  • Vehicles and desks will be wiped down before and after each client
  • Test Drives will be allowed as long as the following health unit guidelines are followed:
    • Test drives must be limited to no more than 10 minutes
    • Maximum of 2 people, including 1 sales rep may be present in the vehicle during test drive
    • If 2 people are not members of the same household are present in the vehicle during the test drive, all windows must be opened at all times

Parts & Accessories Department

Updated Hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
Saturday: 9am – 3pm    Sunday: Closed

  • Parts & Accessories will be available for curb-side pick up at the service reception doors
  • Special orders will need to be pre-paid before ordering

Service Department

Updated Hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
Saturday: 8am – 3pm     Sunday: Closed

  • Waiting area and shuttle services are temporarily closed until further notice
  •  Please use key drop box located at the front of the drive through doors to drop off keys
  • Credit card payments must be made over the phone for payment or a member of our team can bring a debit/credit card machine outside to you

What To Do When You Arrive For Your Service Appointment:

  • Park your vehicle in-front of service bay doors
  • Place keys in night drop box and fill out envelope in full (including best way to get in touch)
  • All contact will be done through email, phone or text
